Urban Heights Bogota Aparthotel

The location was fantastic, situated in a trendy area with many great cafes and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed my stay in the Studio Apartment with Netflix and reliable wifi, which made relaxing after a day of exploring the city easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a safe, which was a big plus for me as a solo traveler.

The unit we got was new-fashioned with Netflix, a nice view, as for instance. The staff were very professional, extremely helpful.

Beautiful architecture with clean and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

I was quite disappointed with the noisy environment. I could hear conversations and loud music from neighboring rooms, which affected my sleep quality significantly. The thin walls allowed every sound from the reception to seep into my room.

I spent a perfectly pleasant time here, recommend to anyone. I liked the place, it was clean & the staff were extremely helpful and very professional. The location was quiet - short walk to the Plaza de Bolivar, and the local shops and restaurants;)))

Spacious and new-fashioned rooms available with great shower, the terrace and all amenities. Easy check-in, very amiable employees. Location really close to good bars and restaurants, and the Plaza de Bolivar for exercise.

I stayed in a Studio Apartment for 5 nights, and it was a delight! The room was not only spacious but also meticulously clean and tidy were nice. The bedding was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure-perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

Check-in required signing a contract full of rules, an unusual hassle after a long flight. The bathroom design offered little privacy, with glass windows separating it from the room. No hand towels or washcloths available, and just one hook for wet towels created inconvenience. The room lacked a proper window opening, leaving it hot with no AC.

The reception staff was so loud and annoying, even in the evening! And the tiny bathroom was a joke-only one hook for wet towels? Ridiculous! I expected at least a complimentary drink for dealing with that noise and cramped space, but alas! Just when I thought about praising, I just couldn't, really, so disappointing.

The room was super clean with tons of natural light and a great shower. Love that it's in a quiet neighborhood close to amazing restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and cute!

This hotel has a great central location, making it easy to reach nearby attractions like the Sheffield Winter Gardens and Millennium Galleries.

Urban Heights Bogota Aparthotel is a hidden gem in Chapinero! The spacious one-bedroom apartment offered a fine view of the city, and the kitchen amenities were perfect for preparing my meals. I particularly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere with numerous excellent restaurants just a short stroll away. The staff's personable service, including greeting me by name.
